A straightforward 14-day satisfaction guarantee. EFFECTIVE DATE: AUGUST 3, 2026

Customers may request a full refund of the course fee within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date if the course is not the practical beginner roadmap they expected.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. The 14-day period begins on the date of the original purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, submit your request through https://equity2rentals.com/contact within the 14-day period. Include the purchaser’s name, purchase email, purchase date if known, and a short note identifying the order. You may also use the site Contact page at /contact.

What Happens Next

Once a refund is approved, course access may be revoked and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time

Payment processors and banks vary; after we approve and process a refund, the credit may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear on your account.

Currency and Bank Charges

Currency-conversion differences, foreign-exchange charges, and bank fees set and controlled by your financial institution cannot be guaranteed or reimbursed by us.

Late Requests and Consumer Rights

Requests submitted after 14 calendar days are generally not eligible for refunds, except where required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies provided by law.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
