These Terms apply when you use equity2rentals.com or purchase From Equity to Income.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or buying courses you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or buy a course.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age to contract where you live, to buy courses or create an account.

Course and Website Purpose

Courses and site materials are educational and about real-estate investing and rental strategies. They are not tailored advice.

Account Registration and Security

Keep your account and password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share logins; notify us via /contact if you suspect unauthorized use.

Purchase and Payment

All purchases are one-time charges at the price and currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may apply and are shown at checkout.

14-Day Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted through /contact within 14 calendar days of purchase. See /refund-policy for details and any exceptions.

Personal, Limited Course Licence

On payment you receive a personal, non-transferable, limited licence to access course materials for your own use. You may not resell or redistribute course content.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and course materials are owned or licensed by Equity to Income. Copying, reproducing, or creating derivative works without permission is prohibited.

Prohibited Uses

You must not: copy or share course content; share logins; resell materials; scrape or harvest data; reverse-engineer the site; interfere with site operation; use the site unlawfully; or misrepresent your relationship with Equity to Income.

AI Instructor Disclosure

Some lessons may use Riley, an AI-generated instructor. Riley is an educational tool; the publisher remains responsible for course content and accuracy.

No Results Guarantee and Real Estate Risk

To the extent permitted by law, the site and courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Ontario law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a course is limited to the amount you paid for that specific course. This cap applies to the total of all claims related to the course.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from losses arising from your unlawful use of the site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be heard in Ontario courts, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Severability

If a provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

Waiver

Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

Entire Agreement

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Equity to Income regarding the site and courses.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. Major changes will show a new effective date.
